Bruno Maia was born in Rio de Janeiro and began to photograph during his studies on Social Communication at PUC-Rio
University. He has been in 7 continents, 17 countries, photographing the natural beauties of the Earth, while traveling to places such as Galápagos, South Africa, Costa Rica and Australia, although most of his job is on Brazilian destinations:
Amazon, Pantanal, Veadeiros Tablelands, Iguassu Falls, Lencóis Maranhenses, Rio de Janeiro and Fernando de Noronha, where he produced a video documentary "The Atlantic Face", about the preservation of the Island.

Bruno believes that his photos of nature can inspire people to get involved in the cause of conservation, encouraging
them to become defenders of the Earth. His personal imagebank has more than 5.000 images of Brazil and all over the world.
